REFUND AND PAYMENT POLICY

Your purchase of and payment for courses of all levels shall be regulated by this Refund Policy.

PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT AS IT DETERMINES YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Teachcast strives to ensure clear understanding of financial relations between students and tutors with respect to the services we provide. This policy applies to all services and features made available.

 

Cancellation of a course

Once courses fees are paid and finalized, they can’t be neither cancelled nor refunded. If you choose not to attend the course you paid for, it will be your own decision that doesn’t hold us liable explicitly or implicitly to issue you a refund.

 

Refunds

Teachcast will never refund students, upon receiving payment from a student (or a parent on a student’s behalf), Teachcast will hold such payment as a nonrefundable fee for the course you bought.

If you decide to change tutor or class time, you may contact support@teachcast.me to guide you through the process, your request may/may not be approved according to our sole discretion. If we don’t approve your request, you are bound to proceed with your current tutor(s).

In case TeachCast shall suspend or terminate your Account because of breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused lessons of the course you bought or any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
